Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pukka Pad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your stationery, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure that the products are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Include your order slip and the return authorization code inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
